REVIEW || ICUTIE ICE VIOLET & ANNOUNCEMENT
So a couple of weeks ago, the iCutie shop held a Like & Share giveaway on Facebook, because of their grand-opening on september 15th.
For the very first time, I was one of the lucky winners! The prizes were, as you can probably tell by the picture, circle lenses! Although I can't wear contacts without prescription, I chose "Ice Violet". I'll just wear my glasses along with the lenses :)
About a week after I picked my colour, they arrived. I was very excited to try them out and put them in the lens case, that came with the lenses, with lens solution immediately. The next day, I tried them out after I got back from school.
Because of the fact my eyes weren't used to the size of the lenses, it started to irritate a bit at first, but that faded away in no time.
The lenses are very comfortable and I really like the colour. My natural eye-colour is green-brown, so the violet edge gives a very special effect. They sent it on Tuesday September 15th and it arrived on Thursday September 17th, so I was very happy by the fact it got to my place so fast. I am very satisfied and I will order more lenses from iCutie NL in the near future for sure!

Colour : 9/10 | It's a beautiful colour, but it would look better on natural brown/dark eyes.
Comfortable : 10/10 | My eyes got used to it in no time.
iCutie has announced they will be holding a ' HALL OF FAME ' contest!
' HALL OF FAME ' is a selfie contest, in which you will (obviously) have to use your iCutie lenses. On every 1st of the month, 3 contestants will be chosen and announced on their Facebook page. People will be able to vote for 15 days.
The selfie which got the most likes, will win a spot in their Hall of Fame, ONE pair of circle lenses and ONE cute animal lens case.
Numbers 2 and 3 will also win a spot in their Hall of Fame, along with ONE cute animal lens case and a coupon code ( 50% off for ONE pair of lenses ).
The contestants who didn't get selected will be getting a coupon code ( 25% off for ONE pair of lenses ).
RULES :
- Selfies must be sent in BEFORE every 30th of the month, to info@icutie.nl and/or through private messaging on Facebook.
- Selfies must be of good quality and the iCutie lenses must be viewable.
- Entries must include : selfie(s) of you wearing the iCutie lenses, the ordernumber you received along with your order from their webshop, your Facebookpage (so they can tag you), a short review on the lenses (mention your natural eyecolour aswell).
- Pictures can be used for their promotions.
